This page explains what OBZ Agency collects when you visit this site or get in touch, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. It is written to be read.

What we collect

Browsing this site requires nothing from you. There is no account, no login, and no form that stores what you type.

You give us information in two situations. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you picked, and passes it to us.

Separately, we collect aggregate analytics about how the site is used: which pages get viewed, roughly where in the world visitors are, and what kind of device they used. This is counted, not tracked. It is not tied to a name and we cannot use it to identify you.

How we use it

To reply to you, to run an engagement if we start one, and to understand which parts of this site are doing their job.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not have one.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own.

Our analytics are cookieless. They do not follow you to other sites and do not build a profile of you. If you open the booking tool, Calendly may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Third parties

Four services touch this site, and each has its own privacy policy:

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us. If you email us, that message stays in our inbox. If we work together, your records stay with us and are saved securely for the performance of the services and relationship growth over time.

What we hold is kept as securely as the services we use allow, and we delete it if you ask. Write to projects@obzagency.com and it goes.

Analytics data is aggregate and is not attached to any individual, so there is nothing there to delete.

Your choices

Write to projects@obzagency.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. No process, no form, just ask. We aim to reply within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under GDPR and may also complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have similar rights under CCPA. We do not sell personal information under either.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
